المقادير:
مرق دجاج خالي الدسم, سبع اكواب.
ماء, كوب واحد.
ملح, ربع ملعقة صغيرة .
فطر\/ مشروم طازج, كيلو واحد.
جزر مقطع الى مكعبات, كوب واحد.
حزمة كرفس مقطع الى مكعبات
بصل مفروم, كوبين.
ثوم مهروس, ثلاث فصوص.
فلفل اسود, ربع ملعقة صغيرة.
كريمة قليل الدسم, ست ملاعق كبيرة .
بقدونس طازج مفروم, ربع كوب.<\/p>

الطريقة:
– سخني  الزيت في قدر على حرارة مرتفعة ثم ضيفي البصل والجزر والكرافس ويترك حتى
\nينضج مع التقليب من وقت الى اخر.
– خففي النار ثم ضيفي الفطر والثوم وتقلب المكونات لحوالى 8 دقائق.
– قومي بسكب مرق الدجاج والماء ثم الملح والفلفل الاسود ويترك الخضار حتى يغلي على
\nحرارة متوسطة.
– عند الغليان، خففي النار وغطى القدر ويترك لحوالى 25 دقيقة.
– ارفعي القدر عن النار واتركي جانبا لحوالى 5 دقائق حتى يبرد، ويصفى منه بعض
\nقطع الفطر.
– اهرس الحساء او الشوربة تدريجيا في الخلاط الكهربائي حتى تحصلي على مزيج ناعم.
– اعيدي حساء الفطر الى القدر ثم يضاف اليه الكريمة وبعض قطع الفطر المصفاه سابقا
\nويترك لحوالى 5 دقائق على النار.
