مقادير خبز المطلوع الجزائري بالفرينة
500 غرام سميد
500 غرام فرينة او دقيق القمح
1 ملعقة كبيرة خميرة فورية
0.5 ملعقة كبيرة ملح
ماء دافئ للعجن، حسب الحاجة
طريقة تحضير خبز المطلوع الجزائري بالفرينة
١. في وعاء، تخلط كل المكونات الجافة.<\/p>

٢. تضاف الماء ويخلط للحصول على عجينة متماسكة.<\/p>

٣. تترك ترتاح مدة 10 دقائق.<\/p>

٤. بضاف تدريجيا القليل من الماء وتدلك بكف اليد.<\/p>

٥. يتابع تدليك العجينة حتى الحصول على عجين طري جدا ولين.<\/p>

٦. يقسم العجين الى قطع متساوية ويشكل منها اقراص متوسطة السمك.<\/p>

٧. توضع الاقراص في طاولة مفروشة بقماش نظيف، تغطى وتترك حتى تختمر.<\/p>

٨. بعد اختمار الاقراص، تطبخ في طاجين خاص بخبز المطلوع.<\/p>
