الغراتان طريقة طبخ ظهرت بالمطبخ الفرنسي, وتطلق على كل ما يطهى بنار من فوقه ونار
\nمن تحته, وعلى كل ما يضاف على وجهه من اجبان او فتات الخبز, يحضر الغراتان
\nمن الخضار او اللحوم, وصفة جراتان السمك بالصلصة البيضاء الكريمية من زيتونة, المقادير والطريقة بالاسفل,,,

المكونات:<\/div>
  • 1 كغم سمك فيليه بدون حسك<\/li>
  • 4 ملاعق صغيرة زبدة<\/li>
  • 1 بصلة خضراء مفرومة ناعم<\/li>
  • 4 ملاعق كبيرة طحين (دقيق)<\/li>
  • رشة فلفل ابيض رشة ملح<\/li>
  • 1.5 كوب حليب<\/li>
  • 1 ملعقة كبيرة عصير ليمون<\/li>
  • 1 كوب جبنة موتزاريلا مبشورة<\/li>
  • 1 ملعقة زنجبيل طازج مبشور<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
    طريقة التحضير:<\/div>
    1. يحمى الفرن الى درجة حرارة 200 م.<\/li>
    2. توضع شرائح السمك فى صينية مدهونة بالزيت وينثر فوقها الزنجبيل وتغطى بورق الالمنيوم, ثم تخبز
      \nلمدة 15 دقيقة.<\/li>
    3. تذاب الزبدة فى قدر على نار خفيفة وتضاف البصلة وتقلب على النار حتى تذبل.<\/li>
    4. يضاف الطحين (الدقيق) والملح والفلفل الابيض ويحرك الخليط, ثم يضاف الحليب بالتدريج مع التحريك. يترك
      \nخليط الحليب والبصل على النار حتى يتكاثف لمدة 3 دقائق ثم يرفع عن النار.<\/li>
    5. تضاف الجبنة وعصير الليمون الى الحليب ويخلط جيدا.<\/li>
    6. تصب الصلصة فوق السمك وتخبز فى الفرن لمدة 3 دقائق.<\/li>
    7. تنثر 2 ملعقة كبيرة بقدونس مبشور فوق السمك و تقدم الوجبة جاهزة.<\/li><\/ol>
