طريقة تحضير الجينواز لعمل حلوة لاكريم
في اناء نطرب بالطراب الكهربائي البيض و السكر و القليل من الملح و الفاني<\/p>
نستمر في التطريب حتى يصبح الخليط على شكل كريمة بيضاء كما في الصورة
نضيف الدقيق و الخميرة و نخلط بمهل<\/p>
نصب الخليط في القالب فوق ورق الزبدة و ندخلها للفرن حتى تستوي فهي لا تاخذ
\nالكثير من الوقت<\/p>
نقلب الجينواز فوق ورق الزبدة و نزيل الورق
ثم نقطه الى ثلاث قطع متساوية<\/p>
تسقى الجينواز بعد تقطيعها على شكل مستطيل بمربى الفريز بعد تسخينه و ممكن اضافة القليل
\nمن الماء له<\/p>
بعد خلط محتوى علبة بودرة الشانتيي مع ربع كاس من الخليط و تطريبهم حتى يصبح
\nالخليط على شكل كريم شانتيي
نضع طبقة منه فوق الجينواز
ثم نضع طبقة من الفريز المقطع الى نصفين
ثم طبقة من الجينواز<\/p>
نستمر بنفس الطريقة حتى نحصل على ثلاث طبقات
في الطبقة الثالثة نكتفي بكريم شانتيي فقط و تزين حسب الرغبة<\/p>
