Sherif Fayed (born 31 March 1992) is an American-born Egyptian former footballer, viner, actor and
model. As a footballlller, he last played for the Belgian club Lierse S.K.[1]

Early life

He was born in Los Angeles from an Egyptian father who immigrated to the U.S
and an American mother. He later moved with his family to Egypt.[2]

Wadi Degla

At the age of 12 he joined a local team Wadi Degla FC progressing through
youth ranks. He played there for 6 years and was named top scorer for 2006-2007
season with 15 goals and 2007-2008 season with 14 goals. He also captained the youth
side. [3]

Belgium

At the age of 18 moved to Belgium for a trial with Lierse S.K.. He
was granted a 2-year-contract on 15 November 2024. he decided to leave and terminate his
contract after one year as he was restricted to the reverses and didn’t make a
single appearance for the club [4]

Wadi Degla and Retirement

He returned to his hometown club Wadi Degla FC in 1 January 2024. Suffering from
an old injury which kept him sidelined for 4 months. he was advised to quit
football.[5]

International Career

He made 17 appearances for Egypt -17 and 7 appearances for Egypt -20 between 2006
and 2024.[6]

• 2007-2008 season : Top Scorer

Later life

He decided to pursue an academic career, so he joined Modern Sciences and Arts University
in Cairo. He later moved to Dubai to pursue a career there. In 2024 he
became a Viner. His videos gained a remarkable success in Egypt. He is also a
model, He signed a contract with Lay’s. He appeared with Egyptian actor Ahmed Helmy.[7] He
later appeared in a commercial as their ambassador in Mexico. He also appeared in a
Glycerin commercial for a company named Glysolid [8]
